On 22 March 2013, ten hardy souls braved the blustery cold winds of March and traveled to Sugarloaf Mountain. Ken and Vicki Miller, Dave Sturges, Mike Grear, Butch Cornes, Dave Kehne, Steve Meyer, and Jon Miller all traveled in Model A’s, and Jack and Carolyn Burke came in their more “modern” 1951 Ford Fordor. We met at Montgomery General Hospital and then drove through Montgomery County to Sugarloaf Mountain, driving first to the scenic East side overlook at the top of the mountain. The few other people in the parking lot all gave a “thumbs-up” to us in recognition of the unexpected treat of seeing our collection of great historic cars.
