Breakfast and Museum Tour – January 19, 2013

For our first event of the new year, on a nice day nine “A’s” were driven to Denny’s in Hanover, MD for a breakfast get-together. When we were all seated there were 29 of us – all hungry people. After we were finished with breakfast and talking together, 25 folks (including eight A’s) caravanned five miles to the National Electronics Museum in Linthicum.

The Museum is focused on the history of our nation’s defense electronics from the early stage of wireless communication to the development of radar and sonar, as well as remote control detection devices. It was a great tour through seven areas which took about an  hour.
