DESCRIPTION:Carroll Hospice is non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients needing end-of-life care\, allowing them to live as fully and comfortably as possible by providing quality palliative care\, pain and symptom management and support for their families. \nThis “Taste of Carroll 2019” event on April 29\, 2019\, is their biggest fund-raising event of the year with this year celebrating 20 years of raising funds for hospice care in the Carroll County community.  The theme of this event is Roaring 20’s—Gatsby Style. \nThe event is being held at the Carroll Hospital Center\, 200 Memorial Avenue\, Westminster\, MD 21157 on April 29\, 2019 from 5-9pm. The event has about 40+ food vendors offering great food “bites”\, a silent auction\, and about 650 guests. \nAntique cars are requested to arrive at 4pm. The plan is to place 2 cars in front of the Family Birth Place and up to 8 cars in another designated parking area next to the event. \nRest rooms are located near the parking area and participants may depart any time they wish. \nFood will be provided to everyone bringing their Model A to the event. \nThere is no rain date. If it is raining at the time of the event\, the expectation is that no cars will show up. \nFolks bringing their cars may wish to depart before the event ends which is expected.
