The big story at the beginning of the story was the weather. After a full week
of daily rain, would the Model A’s come out and play? Yes, they did! Nine of
them ventured out (plus one modern) with thirteen members and one guest.
Under overcast skies on May 7 we left the Park & Ride en route to Union
Bridge. Once at Vintage Restorations, we enjoyed a very interesting and informative
tour and discussion with owner John Tokar, his daughter Laurel, and
master engine builder Jim.
