The Ladies enjoyed a warm, sunny day and lots of girl talk. Carolyn Burke, Linda Keller, Vicki Miller, Valerie Mullen, and Lori Ray arrived at Dimitri’s restaurant in chauffeured Model A’s. Nancy Godfrey, Eva Hartig, Janice Hug, and Connie Lee arrived in chauffeured modern cars. Mary Jo Cornes was unable to attend but Butch Cornes came and had lunch with the chauf-feurs, Jack Burke, Don Keller, Ken Miller, Rick Heyer, Ray Ray, Ken God-frey, Milt Hartig, Ed Hug, and Pete Lee. The chauffeurs enjoyed their lunch and fellowship and catered to the ladies. After lunch the gentlemen chauffeured the ladies to Main Street in Ellicott City. Janice Hug, Connie Lee, and Lori Ray were unable to go Ellicott City. At the end of walking, talking, and browsing shops, the ladies decided to go to the Bean Hol-low Restaurant and enjoy some hand-dipped ice cream. A good time was had by the ladies and their chauffeurs. There were suggestions to have more ladies’ luncheons.
