It’s About Time:
Our Visit to the National Clock Museum

Since this was my fourth time riding in my husband’s—Steve Meyer—Model A, I was given the task of writing the trip report for our drive to the National Clock Museum in Columbia, PA.
Steve and I drove to Jon Miller’s house to meet up and mosey on up to the meeting place in Carroll County. Things were rolling right along fine until Jon suddenly pulled off the road. Steve and Jon jumped out of the cars. Jon’s fan belt had broken! They quickly diagnosed the problem, found a spare belt, and put the car back together. They both looked so happy to be able to get the car going again, and I got a glimpse of why they seem so enthralled with their cars. They are both problem-solvers by profession and this was an easy problem to fix.
